Hydraulic breakers have become an important tool for hydraulic excavators, and some people have installed hydraulic breakers on excavators, backhoe loaders or wheel loaders for crushing operations.

Instructions:

1) Read the operation manual of the hydraulic crusher carefully to prevent damage to the hydraulic crusher and excavator and to operate them effectively.
2) Before operation, check if the bolts and joints are loose and if the hydraulic lines are leaking.
3) Do not use the hydraulic breaker to cut holes in hard rock.
4) Do not operate the breaker when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted.
5) When the hydraulic hose vibrates violently, stop the operation of the circuit breaker and check the pressure of the accumulator.
6) Prevent interference between the excavator motor arm and the breaker bit.
7) Do not immerse the circuit breaker in water except for the drill.
8) Do not use the circuit breaker as a lifting device.
9) Do not operate the breaker on the track side of the excavator.
10) When the hydraulic breaker is installed and connected to the hydraulic excavator or other construction machinery, the operating pressure and flow rate of the main hydraulic system must meet the technical parameters of the hydraulic breaker. The "P" port of the hydraulic circuit breaker is connected to the high pressure oil circuit of the main machine. The "A" port is connected to the oil return circuit of the main engine.
11) The optimal hydraulic oil temperature for the hydraulic breaker is 50-60 degrees, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 degrees. Otherwise, the load of the hydraulic breaker should be reduced.
12) The working medium used in the hydraulic breaker can usually be the same as the oil used in the hydraulic system of the main engine. It is recommended to use YB-N46 or YB-N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil in general areas and YC-N46 or Y1C-N68 low-temperature hydraulic oil in cold areas. Hydraulic oil filtration accuracy is not less than 50 microns; m.
13) New and repaired hydraulic crusher must be filled with nitrogen at a pressure of 2.5±0.5MPa when in use.
14) Calcium-based grease or compound calcium-based lubriing oil must be lubried between the drill rod bar and cylinder guide bush, and must be refilled once per shift.
15) When the hydraulic crusher is working, the drill rod must be pressed on the rock first and the crusher can be started only after a certain pressure is maintained, and it must not be started under suspension.
16) The hydraulic crusher must not be used as a pry bar to avoid damaging the drill pipe.
17) The hydraulic crusher and fiber rod should be perpendicular to the working surface during use, and the principle of no radial force is the principle.
18) When the crushing object breaks or begins to break, the impact of the crusher should be stopped immediately to avoid harmful "air attack".
19) If you want to stop the hydraulic crusher for a long time, you should discharge the nitrogen, seal the oil inlet and outlet, and store the cutting iron in a high temperature and -20 degree environment.
